Look in the solver modelling documentation for Real Fluids. This describes exactly what to do.

It's an equilibrium model. For non-equilibrium you will have to use eulerian/lagrangian multiphase.

Dear Sir,

i would like to know how to give boundary conditions for multiphase flow.

for example , condensation of steam in the condesor. please explain sir.
