hi guys,

is there a possibilty in CFX like in FLUENT to save contour plots at each time step?

In CFX you can save a plane of data each time step, and then do contour plots of that in the post processor.

In the output tab you can set transient results files, so you can set the output frequency there. I think you can use a plane as a location for it too, but I have not used the option so cannot be sure. The documentation will describe how it is done.
