Dear friends
Please find the attached geometry I have a multiple layers Bottom, middle , Top and so on. I need to specify porosity and different permeabilities of the each layer of volume region. I have to define a volume region by writting CEL expression using step function. If the layer is uniform writing CEL expression is not complicated. but, For example consider the middle layer. it is not uniform thickness. In such case how to define volume region ? Thanks Shashwat |

You can develop a more complex CEL expression to define this but I would not bother. For something like this it is easier to use different sub domains for each bit and assign it different constant porosities.
