Dear all,
I am new with turbulence models and want to simulate an airflow inside a straight tube. The velocity of the airflow shall vary sinusoidal. I was a bit confused which is the best turbulence model to choose in this case. Can somebody recommend a modell for this problem or literature where I can find the best fitting model? Thanks a million for all your help! Lilly |

Dear Far,
thank you for your reply and sorry for my late reply. I have to correct something (this simulation is for another group member, therefore I mixed sth up): it's the pressure that should be varied sinusoidal (as inlet boundary condition). And she is interested in the velocity of the air. Do you have any ideas? Thank you for all your help, Lilly |
