Problem in specifying the boundary condition for tank's surface which is on fire

There is a tank with defined dimension containing CRUDE OIL in it. There has been fire on its surface due to some external source. Air is blowing in X-direction with a speed of 5m/s. I need to know the contours of flame being developed at the tank's surface and the effect of radiation its creating in the surrounding.

The basic problem what I am facing is in defining the boundary condition at the tank's surface, the surface of tank at which the crude oil is on fire. So what could be the boundary condition here ?
