I have been trying to solve staggered heat exchanger using fluent .I got resonable results but the value of y plus is very low. I dont know is it normal or no way the results are good as long as yplus doesnt fit into the range

Attached y plus plots

You didn't give enough details, it's impossible for anybody to answer your question.
- where exactly are the 'cylinder' and 'wall' boundaries, you should provide a picture
- which wall treatment did you use?
