I am using solid and fluid overlapping cell zone case in Ansys Fluent but Mesh Interface option is not get activated. Kindly help me.

You must set the contact regions or connections settings in ansys meshing module by specifying the the threshold distance between any 2 edges or any 2 faces. If you didn't do this in the meshing module, there is no chance that you could proceed to ansys fluent. You might have deleted a contact region in meshing module.
