Hi
I would like to check if anyone here has studied mixing in curved microchannels. I have been trying to simulate conditions from several papers, however I have been unable to replicate the results as described in these papers. Wondering if there is something in the way I use Fluent for such simulations. Ideally I am supposed to see an enhancement in mixing which I don't see due to the curvature. I have been trying to use the species model with velocity inlet conditions. earlier while trying to input mass flow inlet and when I keyed in the corresponding mass flow rate based on (m=density*area*flow velocity) I get a velocity much higher than expected resulting in strange results. Could someone help me with this error? Lakshmi |
