what is the procedure for applying dynamic meshing

i am doing a simulation where a hinge supported plate will rotate inside a rectangle. i am using ANSYS 14.5. i am confuse with how i will define the motion of plate. i think Remeshing can help, but my udf is not working.

you can define the motion of plate by udf ( define_cg_motion or define_grid_motion ) or by define profile .
remeshing is depend on your model.

i was trying to run that tutorial but file is not able to compile from my laptop. it is showing some error. so how do i fix it. it is saying something like.error message.jpg
please suggest me how to deal with it.

did you install Microsoft visual basic ?
its necessary for compiled udf
