Hi all,
I am working on 3d part made heat transfer. I have calculated solver except for energy equation untill 200 iterations. Then, flow was developing and change it from steady to transient. But I thought that i need to make ''initialization'' again to attain lastest flow regimes and regarging their values. But that is why all monitors began from scratch. Is there any information that you are going to share ? |

Don't initialise the solution partway through simulations (between steady and transient or otherwise) because you will lose your field values. Initialising the domain is only required when there aren't any values as the solver needs somewhere to iterate from.
