Turbulent viscosity

Hello! I simulate multiphase flow in hydrocyclone. I don't understand how Fluent 6.0 solves turbulent viscosity problem and what is physical meaning some coefficients (Mi_t , Mi_t/Mi ) and from which equations could i count these coefficients. Who does read this forum from Poland? Please help me
