Anybody knows how to access the pseudo time step for every iteration? or how is it specified in fluent?

The way how the pseudo-timestep is defined can be found in Fluent Theory Guide, see the chapter "Automatic Pseudo Transient Time Step". In a nutshell, Fluent calculates several various time scales and chooses the smallest one as the pseudo-time step. The specific value of the step may be accessed using the CURRENT_TIMESTEP macro in a UDF.
