Is it possible with Fluent to embed one mesh inside another for complex geometries?

Need more detail about what you're trying to do. Are you trying to produce a finer mesh in an object that is surrounded by a larger object with a coarser mesh?

If you are talking about overset grids then Fluent is not capable of solving such grids.
