Default Help needed regarding Dynamic Mesh Model

I'm using FLUENT for a part of my MS thesis problem. I need some help regarding the dynamic mesh model. I have a deforming domain. The deformation is defined by means of the motion of one of the boundary of the domain. The problem is that I don't have a functional form for the boundary motion. Instead the shape of the boundary is described at every time step by a set of ordered pair (x_i,y_i) where i is the node number. This data is obtained from a program writen in MATLAB. Is it possible to describe boundary motion by means of a set of data at each time step in the dynamic mesh model.
