Default Boundary Condition of internal Faces

Which boundary condition do I have to use for an internal face. That means a face which only connect two volumes without any function.

I declared these faces without any boundary condition, but is it right or do I have to take anotherone, e.g. internal or interior ?

Thanks Gernot
