VOF - iterations per time step

Hi CFD people!!!
I am simulating 2D , two phase (VOF), unsteady flow and I use time step size: 1e-05s, and max iterations per time step: 25, for my problem to converge. Does anyone know for VOF problems, the appropriate maximum number of iterations per time step ? I want to use bigger time step (1e-04s)but that leads me to increase the maximum number of iterations per time step.... Thanks in advance!!! Anni |

Are you using Geo-Reconstruct or implicit VOF model? Amir
