The solver is running for my case but the solution blows up every time with the same error.

i am using dt = 5e7 and this is after about 18000 iterations. I was thinking it may be due to mesh (as i had some bad cells but i coarsen the mess to remove them) but for any refinement of mesh same error comes sooner or later.
