Hi, I have a question about the DPM-Discrete phase model in Fluent, there are some built-in atomizer model for the injection. In the set injection properties panel, in the Point properties tab, what exactly does the X-position, Y-position, Z-position mean? Does that mean the position the injected droplets gonna come out from the injector? when I run a case using plain-orifice atomizer model, I have 20 particle streams, but Fluent keeps telling me that there are some particles missing since it is not in the domain anymore. I guess that I must have some misunderstandings about the position properties. I would really appreciate that someone can give me some advice.
Thanks |
