ansys icem to fluent help?

hi...
how ı can output a ansys icem mesh to fluent.ı dont know,how ı must do boundry conditions. ıt about water fluıd in a pipe. |

Hi,
You should go to Output in ICEM and choose Fluent. Than you can specify your boundry conditions. Wither way, all BC can be changed, and most likely will be, in Fluent. Type of fluid is specified in the solver. |

ı tryed but ı cant open at fluent.ıt gives error message..

In case of Haxa mesh , are you sure that all blocks were associated with geometry's part ? After choose output (ansys , fluent_v6) and set BCs, please notice when you write this input the program warn a complete message or not ? hope this help |

all bloks were associated...ıt still gives error mesage....

i tryed to open with fluent but it gives an error message
error: there no cell zone available please read a valid volume mesh i dont understan where i made a mistake... i made mesh with blok i think mesh is volume mesh.... help |

I understand your mesh is 3d. If that is the case are you sure you specified "body" inside your geometry?

yes there is body inside the geometry but i m not sure that is ok i just pick the geometrys different side and body is exist.
