Hi there~

Now I'm meshing 2D axisymmetry problem.

There is a wall(as a form of line) and I'd like to give different interval size to each side of the wall, the upper and the lower. Because the upper side is connected to another wall which contains boundary layer (so this side needs to be given growth rate of line meshing from the beginning)and the lower doesn't have any contact so it doesn't need to have small piece of mesh from the start point.

There is one solution to care this problem I know. It's to give the wall a thickness... but I don't like this.

How can i give different mesh interval to one line?

Thanks in advance~
