Two-dimensional flow field behind perforated plates on a flat surface by Subhas C. Yaragal, H. S. Govinda Ram, and K. Keshava Murthy in Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics Volume 90, Issue 2, February 2002, Pages 75-90 and references therein.

Also, search in Google for I.P.Castro AND (perforated OR screen etc), he did experiments on this.
