Hi A book by Malalasekhara and Verstig - "Finite Volume Method" may be a useful source for you.

P.J.Roache -"Computational Fluid Dynamics" deals with BFC in general ( FDM)

C.A.J.Fletcher " Comp.Fluid.Dyn" Vol 1&2 is a good resource for BFC and general FVM.
