Default looking for old boundary layer approximation codes

Hi, pals,

I'm getting into some pre-computer methods for solving laminar and turbulent boundary layer problems.

In particular, I'm wondering whether anyone has the old codes of Method I, II and III as described in Walz's book "Boundary Layer of FLow and Temperature", basically solving the boundary layer flow by polynomial trial solutions using Karman momentum and energy intergral equations.

Thanks,

wen
