Hello everybody,

I want to test my code on the solution of the Ringleb flow but I can't find the exact solution.

I found this reference ( AGARD Subcommittee C. Test Cases for Inviscid Flow Field Methods. AGARD Advisory Report 211, 1986 ) in this forum but I can't find it on web.

Does anybody has this AGARD report or another paper with the exact solution.

Thanks Giorgos

Hi Giorgos,

I believe you can find it in

L.Zannetti, Vortex equilibrium in flows past bluff bodies. J. Fluid Mech. (2006), vol. 562, pp. 151â€"171.

Regards

Sergei

gory is on a distinguished road
This seems to be a very old thread, but since I came across it, so,

A f90 code that generates quad/triangular grids and exact solutions for Ringleb's flow can be downloaded at http://www.cfdbooks.com/ (in Free CFD codes Section).
