Hi, Everyone~ I'm a beginer in CFD field. I need your HELP.
My Problem is the below. 1) 3-D Problem, using Finite Difference Method(FDM) 2) 2 Block used (i.e Multi-Block) ---------- 1st block ---------- 2nd block ---------- 3) The bottom face(grid) of 1st block and the upper face(grid) of 2nd blcok are NOT matching each other! Q)How can I treat this grid mis-matching problem ? |

You can use the adaptive mesh refinement method's flux matching condition at the mismatching interface, for the detail look at the pages 5-7 at the paper.

Thank you for your commnet.
I think that your reference(you give me) is about FVM(or cell-centered scheme).Right? But I use FDM scheme, so it's a little bit different. I want to know.. How can I transfer "Potential information" in Non-Multiblock interface ? Let me know any reference or book or anything... Thank you in advance ! |

For incompressible flows, have a look at J. Comput. Phys., v.191, p567, 2003.
