OpenFoam 3.0.1: SRFSimpleFoam laminar

I'm trying to run a SRFSimpleFoam case for laminar flow in OpenFoam version 3.0.1.
I have set simulationType to laminar in constant/turbulenceProperties but SRFSimpleFoam is still looking for the RAS files. When running SRFSimpleFoam I receive following error: --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: cannot find file file: /home/user/OpenFOAM/user-3.0.1/run/155_SRFSimpleFoam/0/nut at line 0. From function regIOobject::readStream() in file db/regIOobject/regIOobjectRead.C at line 73. FOAM exiting I have also found this bug report http://bugs.openfoam.org/view.php?id=1951&nbn=1 and made the proposed changes to $FOAM_SOLVERS/incompressible/simpleFoam/SRFSimpleFoam/createFields.H. Do you have any suggestions? |

Did you recompile after making the changes? If you're inexperienced, perhaps it's easier for you to just update to OF-4.0.
