Running test -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

nt31921a New Member Yu-ching Hish Join Date: Apr 2010 Posts: 4 Rep Power: 16	i just finish install openFOAM 1.6 on Ubuntu 9.10 when i follow user guide to run example "cavity" the step " blockMesh" i enter the dictionary "tutorials/incompressible/icoFoam/cavity/constant/polyMesh" i key the command "blockMesh" the i got a message /*************** Message *****************/ Create time Create mesh for time = 0 Cannot find file "points" in directory "constant/polyMesh" From function Time::findInstance(const fileName&, const word&, const IOobject::readOption) in file db/Time/findInstance.C at line 148. FOAM exiting /**********************************************/ how can i to solve the problem ?
