Hi
I am using OpenFOAM 1.7.x and OpenMPI 1.8.8 I want to install OpenFOAM 1.7.x such that after I run an application using mpirun, a .otf is generated What are the changes I need to make before I start installing OpenFOAM? (which ensures mpicc-vt is used) If this is not possible, please suggest how to profile an application written using OpenFOAM which shows all the calls made to MPI. Thanks Santhosh |
