Hi formers,
I am trying to run a ship case in open sea and generating mesh from STL surface. Everything was okay for the very coarse mesh but not the fine mesh. Just as the attached(still not very fine), SnappyHexMesh does not cut out the STL surface. Surfacecheck.exe says the surface is not closed and give out more than 70 *.obj. I tried Blender but my STL has so many elements and cannot really find what the problem is. Anyone has good idea to settle this problem? Thanks, Youngkook |

The problem persisted in OF 2.1.1 but not in 2.3.0.
