How can I create a Mesh to be read by ANSYSCFX from SnappyHexMesh

Hello All,
I've been using OF for about 2 years for aerodynamics, but I always used Salome to create the meshes (by unv conversion). Now I'm playing with snappyHexMesh (great tool), and already created some meshes. Suppressing any further messages for polyhedral cells. End I tried anyway to convert in CFX, but it complains about polyhedral cells (not suported). Does anyone know how can I solve this issue?
