replacement of readPISOControls.H on OpenFOAM 4

Hi,

I started with OpenFOAM a few weeks ago, so far i was able to do most of the tutorial cases and some simulations of my own.

Now i am working with a case from a older version of OpenFoam and i was able to fix most of the issues compiling, but i hit a wall with a include:

File:
readPISOControls.H
