Simple cavity, confusing result

Hey Foamers,
I have a simple 2D cavity with inlet / outlet flow. When I simulate in PISO, and PIMPLE, I get unusual pressure bands at the inlet. See attached images. There is nothing unusual I can see in my boundary conditions! p inlet is zero gradient p outlet is fixed value, uniform 0 U inlet is fixed value, uniform, 0.05 directed inwards U outlet is zero gradient. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. -Dave
