Mesh runing in icoFoam , error message

Hai all,
Openfoam mesh file try to run in icoFoam in command window. I got following error. Please tell me the reason why this is happen --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: Continuity error cannot be removed by adjusting the outflow. Please check the velocity boundary conditions and/or run potentialFoam to initialise the outflow. Total flux : 8.80626 Specified mass inflow : 7.78821 Specified mass outflow : 0 Adjustable mass outflow : 4.7956e-145 Thank you best regards, Prasanna. |

Check for your boundary conditions at the outlet (specially velocity BC)
