Hallo all,

I have some bad residual behavior on some of my simpleFoam runs and I don't really know why. I think there are a few cells in causing this.
To find these cells I want to do some analysis about local residuals (cell-wise) to find cells with highest residuals,... How can this be done? Is there a way to e.g. save residual field as an additional field and postprocess it? Or something else? Thanks.

Regards Bastian

Hi Bastil
I don't know your answer but as you know usually cells with high aspect ratio or neighbor cells with high size difference or cells with low equiangles are source of problems.
Good luck
