Heat generation at the mixing plane interface -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

EnricoDeFilippi New Member Enrico De Filippi Join Date: Jul 2018 Location: Brescia, Italy Posts: 14 Rep Power: 7	Hi, I'm simulating an axial turbine using steadyUniversalMRFFoam, and the results show a heat generation in the rotor domain, and consequently the temperature is not conserved. Do you have a reason for this strange behavior? I've used the rotalphy jump at the mixing plane interface, as necessary for the rotalphy eqaution.
