flowris is on a distinguished road

I am running the wingMotion tutorial in OF-1.6-ext. when I run snappyHexMesh -overwrite in wingMotion_snappyHexMesh, I get an error:
snappyHexMesh: symbol lookup error: snappyHexMesh: undefined symbol: _ZN4Foam16fvMeshDistributeC1ERNS_6fvMeshEd
Is there something wrong with my installation? When I run foamInstallationTest I get Base configuration ok and Critical systems ok.
