Can you please execute checkMesh with -allGeometry -allTopology options ?

PS. I really hope you had find a good way to avoid these cells...

checkMesh -allGeometry -allTopology

and see how many (and if...) undeterminet cells it has ?

BTW: I use Salome but just...
