I used delta smooth with the "upwind phi" in fvSchemes::divScheme.
Generally speaking, the simulation is stable, except max co goes up to <10 and drop back occasionally.

Hi panda,

I updated the fvSchemes with QUICK phi. So far, the simulation doesn't easily blow up. I will try other method to further improve.
