Usually it means that there was an error during mesh generation via replay and CFX Solver Input File has not been created.
Check error files in the remeshing directory of your project.

You just have to remove from your icem replay...

You just have to remove from your icem replay file (*.rpl) string which contains "rename ***.uns to ***.uns.bak" (not exactly but something like that). Also you need to delete the file "***.uns.bak"...
