Yes, if you use the "symmetry condition", it will solve a 2D case as with the "empty condition" of OpenFOAM

I had understood what OpenFOAM was doing. But when I convert my mesh to Fluent, it "sees" it as a 3D body with my front and back faces but I can't put an equivalent...
