shape deformation parametrization in SU2

I am new to SU2, I am working on the shape optimization, and got questions on the shape deformation parametrization variables defined in SU2 cfg files. the FFD and H-H functions are easy to understand, but not sure about the details on for example, "AIRFOIL", "DISPLACEMENT" etc. and how the optimization design variables defined according to this (DEFINTIOIN_DV)?

Unfortunately that part of our documentation is still in need of some love and work. The two best resources are (1) to follow the specifications in our config_template.cfg file in the repo and (2) to check out the different variable specifications that can all be found in the CSurfaceMovement class in grid_movement_structure.cpp.
