Is there limit of mesh size for SU2?

Hi, I am running SU2 with parallel version.
The mesh number is 2.1m.
When I used su2_ddc -p 6, it works well.
But when I used su2_ddc -p 4,
it returns:
*** reported by process [13770293249,0]
*** on communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD
*** MPI_ERR_BUFFER: invalid buffer pointer
*** MPI_ERRORS_ARE_FATAL (processes in this communicator will now abort,
*** and potentially your MPI job)

It is because the cygwin I used? If so, how to solve this problem?

Sometimes, when I use the mesh 3m, it can work, but sometimes, it failed.

We have removed the buffered MPI Send from the main CFD solver. But DDC still requires the BSend command, in order to fix this problem you can divide the grid across more processors or increase the value of MAX_MPI_BUFFER in Common/option_structure.hpp
