When I make a geometry with closed surfaces and a material point within the domain, I get the following error:
"No existing mesh part specified. Please run "Tetra from Geometry" if you don't have any existing mesh" Does anybody know what's wrong? I usually don't have this error. When I do this geometry just after a reboot it works fine, but it seems to happen just after running one specific mesh. Thanks in advance, Gerrald Last edited by DoubleG; December 11, 2012 at 15:33. |

Hi,
I came across the error too. Make sure you build the topology using the geometry functions in ICEM before creating parts and generating the volume mesh. Regards vinguva |
