Hi there.
Is there any way to fix the hanging nodes you get from refining a block when creating a 2D structured mesh? The easiest way I can think of is by just splitting the first coarse element into three tri-elements. Is there any function in ICEM where one can do this?

See my picture for the problem and my thought on how to fix it.
