Quad meshing Worbench

Hello,

I would like to do fluid analisys of this structure, with the hole moving up and down.
During calculation I have mesh quality issued.

Somebody could say me how to mesh with perfect quadrangles this geometry, please ? (cf attached)
It will be very helpfull... thank you very much
