Change "Implicit Mesh Update Interval" using UDF

Hello.
I'm currently simulating a falling plate, where I've written a UDF to integrate the forces on the plate and updating the velocity of a dynamic mesh zone. However, as the velocity (and acceleration) is dependent on the flow, I'm using the "Implicit Update" option, where the "Update Interval" can be defined. My problem is that it takes a long time for Fluent to execute and update the mesh at each interval, so I want to be able to change the "Update Interval" within a time-step using my UDF. For instance - I'd like to have it to update the velocity at iteration 1,2,3,4,5 , 10 , 15 , 20 , 30 , 40 , 50. So the update interval would be changing within a time-step. Is this possible? Thank you in advance! Anders |
