Thermal flux uneven

Is it possible to make thermal flux uneven in ansys fluent?
I want in one end of the wall have 1050 degress and at the end point 800. I would like that temperature go between this gap gradually. |

Thank you for reply. I still haven't used those functions maybe in the future I will try look at this, because it sounds hard. Especially when I don't learn programing.
