Hi everyone,
just a quick question. Take a look at figure 3 in this paper http://www.doiserbia.nbs.bg.ac.yu/im...360704157T.pdf and tell me if the results are grid independent. Tell me if I am going mad. Also check out those global performance characteristics on pp.161. |

Hi
In my view, I would say that fig 3a shows that the efficiency prediction for the 450,000 and 400,000 cell run show very close similarity, 3b and 3c do not. At the higher cell count the predictions are significantly different from the lower cell count. In a grid independent solution the predicted values should be the same for each grid. This is not the case in figs 3b and 3c. Have a beer, relax..you're not going mad. regards allan |

I tend to agree. As a result, I would be suspicious of the results in 3b and 3c. Strange.
Many thanks for the reply. |
