Hi,
At our lab we are planning to buy a commercially available software that can be used to solve 1D/2D/3D heat conduction, fluid mechanics, heat convection type problems. We are not looking for a full-featured commercial package like Fluent, StarCD etc. Something in the style of say FemLab. If you guys know more codes like this please let me know. An internet search is turning out to be not very fruitful. Regards, Chidu... |

Try CFdesign (www.cfdesign.com). Costwise it is much cheaper than FLUENT and STARCD, functionality-wise it is much better than FEMLAB.
