I have 1,800,359 cells in my project, and 137 GB free space on my computer. My computer does not have enough memory. I know there options for the mesh, solver, turbulence, but is there of general estimate of the memory required to a some number of cells. In particular, what do I need to run with 1,800,000 cells.

That's dependend on the physics models. In general, expect one million cells to need something between 0.5 and 1GB of RAM for an incompressible single phase flow with a two-equation turbulence model. (Trimmed cells more likely in the region of 0.5GB, polyhedral cells more in the region of 1GB)
But of course, when you activate additional physics models like multiphase-flow, mesh morphing, passive scalars, heat transfer or whatever, the amount of memory needed will increase.
And keep in mind, your machine will also need memory for the system itself, for the java virtual machine (for your GUI) etc...

Cheers
